We provide assistance and facilitation for Notice of Intimation (NOI) and related documentation. We are not a bank, financial institution, or a government body. All fees, charges and timelines are indicative and subject to change based on external processes and regulations.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to use our services. By using the services, you warrant that all information you submit is accurate and complete.

• Provide true, accurate, and complete information and documents.
• Refrain from uploading content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
• Maintain confidentiality of any credentials or links shared for your order.
• Promptly update us if your contact details or application details change.

Charges may include government fees, professional fees, and service charges. Payment instructions (including UPI/Bank details) will be provided. You are responsible for paying the full amount shown in the invoice or quote. Payments are non-refundable once processing has commenced, unless required by law.

Processing timelines depend on third-party systems and authorities. While we exercise best efforts, we do not guarantee specific completion dates. Delays caused by third parties or force majeure are outside our control.

You authorize us to handle, process, and upload your documents solely for the purpose of completing your NOI and related services. We take reasonable measures to safeguard documents, but cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not share sensitive information beyond what is strictly required.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

• Misuse of the website or attempting to gain unauthorized access.
• Uploading malware, harmful code, or infringing content.
